ADHD Clinics were the fastest service ADHD diagnosis clinic I could find. I sent an enquiry email mid-week and had an assessment booked by the Sunday. The process to book was simple and there was plenty of help available when needed. My assessment was with Dr. Munshi, he was very professional and made me feel comfortable and heard. I was able to talk to him freely about my symptoms without judgement or interruptions. I've had horrible experiences in the past with psychiatrists but Dr. Munshi put those fears to rest in minutes! Would recommend!

I have used this service over the past 9 months and have been left in a position where I need to start treatment over again at a new clinic due to the standards of care shown by this company. Getting the diagnosis was easy and I was positive about beginning medication, but this is when the issues really started. They gladly advertise being the cheapest provider with no waiting lists yet I have only ever been able to get 1 appointment with the psychiatrist I received my diagnosis with. They provide several addresses for the business in which they have no presence and have no contact number whatsoever. Every other clinic in the UK provides a phone number. Instead all communication is via 1 email address with 1 person monitoring it and response times can take weeks. My prescriptions have been filled out incorrectly creating excessive delays in getting medication. So much so that their error created a delay of almost 3 weeks and because of this I was now unable to receive a new prescription due to the time taken. Instead I would need to pay £200 for another assessment instead. I raised a formal complaint per their policy and received nothing back for 8 weeks. Policy states 4. The person responsible for the investigation was the same person it was about, rendering the investigation totally pointless. I'm now left with no choice but to seek legal advice regarding their standards and to leave reviews hoping that I can prevent someone else going through this ordeal. I wish I had used Trustpilot to read reviews before just going with the cheapest. There are many other much more well established private services out there. Being the cheapest available service is appealing but remember this is a life diagnosis, so get what you pay for.

My experiences with ADHD Clinics to date are very positive. I settled on this company after extensive research into available options. I have found it very professional and good value against comparable services. Email communication has been prompt and helpful but most importantly, I was assessed very quickly once initial contact was made and also within a week for follow ups. So far so good, very happy with my choice. 5*

I am genuinely so thankful to have stumbled upon ADHDclinics after looking around for private services. Unlike other services, I was seen (online consultation) by a doctor within weeks of initiating contact. I was so nervous, but my mind was put to rest by Dr. Ayaz Qureshi, who was very knowledgable, helpful and understanding. Following the assessment and the results, I've had really great email-contact with Nikki, who is always so quick to respond to any questions and helped to make everything go well. If I made some mistakes in my emails (inevitable with my affliction, ofcourse) It was all good and we sorted things out together. Beginning titration with Dr. Chaudhary has also been a smooth transition. He is kind, down to earth and very knowledgable also. At no point did I feel rushed. My experience so far has been that there is the time for me as a patient, which is so important for mental health matters, especially in a time of personal distress. I can't stress enough how greatly I appreciate this team and I'm so pleased with my choice. Highly reccomend them with full confidence.

Very good experience with ADHD clinics. Dr. Qureshi is very professional and empathetic, going the extra mile with treatment. He even kindly recommended me with resources to further understand my condition and methods I can use in my day-to-day life to manage my ADHD in addition to medication. He has a deep appreciation for how other conditions can interact with prescribing, and so will tailor the treatment to sort your individual needs. I for one am grateful for being started on 20mg (lower than starting dose) and then moved up to 30mg, and the transition is less harsh. Nikki has been lovely and responds to emails quickly. She is very hardworking and will always do her best to get back to you in a timely manner. Booking is simple and fast, and I was able to receive psychiatric help within a two weeks. Of course timeframes may vary, but I was seen very quickly. Only improvement I can think of is adding a phone number or increasing the number of staff at reception. While respondence is fast, I believe there are some instances that are better resolved over the phone. Additionally, having a phone number increases confidence in a patient that the clinic is indeed accessible. ADHD clinics is reliable, however I know that many other clinics are not. Having a phone number for patients will reduce anxiety and suspicion about the clinic’s validity. This is particularly useful when clarifying addresses to which the prescription should be sent to. Being accessible over the phone would have definitely reduced the anxiety associated with potentially losing a Class B controlled prescription. As this clinic grows, I hope that electronic prescriptions will be in use over paper ones which are sent directly to your house by mail. Having ADHD already makes keeping track of items and paying attention to detail difficult. When controlled substances are involved, it gets stressful for both the patient and the clinic should addresses get mixed up. I see e-prescriptions as a good way to avoid losing prescription by mail, miscommunication or patient error. All in all, a great experience and a clinic I’d recommend to anyone and everyone struggling with ADHD symptoms.

Last year I started my ADHD treatment with one clinic, and everything went well till the moment my doctor stopped his practice in one day, leaving me with no further support. It took me numerous attempts with different doctors to get back to my treatment and medication, but it didn’t work. Some clinics only had appointments only for next year (!), some offered unreasonable fees, others just didn’t pick up the phone or answer my emails. Finally, I found one place, even passed required ECG and blood test, but then they followed the same path and started ignoring me… Luckily after all that I came across ADHD Clinics and they literally saved me. I got the answer straight away and the appointment was set almost immediately. Dr Majjiga answered all my questions and gave some good notes. Nikki is always in touch, email communication works perfectly, fees are fair and all in all it took me less than two weeks! Considering my previous experience it is a real luck. I’d like to thank the ADHD Clinics for great service and care and would highly recommend this place to anyone. UPD: I'd like to update my review after one year of using ADHD Clinic service. Everything is still on time, precise and zero issues along the way. Also they helped me greatly with arranging the Shared Care scheme with my GP. It wasn't an easy task (the complications were only on GP side), but with the Clinic support it was finally accomplished. It really made my life easier as I can now handle my prescriptions via NHS, which saves me a fortune each month. And Nikki is always in touch, almost in 24/7 mode:)

The service I received during my adult autism assessment was both very personalized and efficient. The administration of the process was excellent and the conducting of the actual assessment could not be faulted: Dr. Chaudhary was both caring and informative whilst ensuring all relevant areas were covered. I would definitely recommend ADHD clinics if looking for such an assessment.

I’ve had a very positive experience with ADHD Clinics from the start. I was lucky enough to get a cancellation so within four days of emailing I got my diagnosis and a clear idea of what came next in terms of ongoing care, as I decided I’d like to start medication. Every part of the process has been explained in detail to me either during the consultations or by email. Nikki is great at confirming emails have been received and what the next steps will be or wait times for answers to any queries. I’d happily recommend anyone who can afford taking the private route for an ADHD diagnosis to use this clinic.
