It does not include treatment.
Initial assessment will be a video platform.
The assumption for this fee is that the case is not highly complex, can be satisfactorily assessed in 1 appointment and there is only a reasonable amount of documents to review.
Follow ups
£200.00
Follow up is for review of documents, investigations, review and starting medication.
It may be via video calls or phone follow up.
Includes: 1 prescription charges, if indicated and agreed. The prescription will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery / Signed For First Class.
Adult Autism Assessment

Includes: assessment appointment, review of documentation and a full report.

Prescription only
£75.00
The prescription will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery / Signed For First Class.
Shared Care Agreement SCA
£150.00
For all the documentation and communication required for the Shared Care Agreement SCA with the GP.
Miscellaneous work/admin
£50 -£150
As per the work required for example form filling, diagnosis confirmation to various bodies, advice to college / University or workplace, extra liaison / referrals, etc. You will be informed of the fee beforehand.
Children and Adolescents
Assessment only
£700
Please note the fee structure
1st appointment: Psychiatric assessment and developmental history : £700
This includes the assessment appointment, review of records, and assessment report
QB Check is separate £200.
Then if indicated, 2nd appointment to perform DIVA assessment : £700.
If ADHD is diagnosed, treatment is offered within this appointment. It does not include the cost of the medication. Medication costs you pay directly to the pharmacy.Initial assessment will be a video platform.
