Dr Prasad Kalakala is a Consultant Psychiatrist in Old Age Liaison Psychiatry. He has over 15 years’ experience in psychiatry.

He is registered with GMC UK and has a current licence to practice – 6049599.

Dr Prasad Kalakala has knowledge and expertise in diagnosing and management of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder ADHD, and other psychiatry conditions such as Depression, Anxiety disorders, PTSD, Bipolar Affective Disorder, Schizophrenia, Psychosis, Personality disorders, Neurocognitive disorders, Dementias and Medically Unexplained Symptoms.

Dr Prasad Kalakala is also a medico legal expert and he has provided expert opinion in several criminal and civil cases.

Dr Prasad Kalakala has worked as Lead consultant and was strategic lead for Liaison services at North West Boroughs Health Care NHS Foundation Trust in 2015 to 2019. During this period he has carried out various quality improvement projects to improve patient care for which he had received several clinical excellence awards.
