Dawn White – ADHD Specialist Therapist & Relationship Counsellor

Dawn White is an experienced ADHD specialist therapist who offers expert support in relationship and intimacy counselling. A proudly neurodivergent professional, Dawn brings over two decades of clinical experience to her therapeutic practice, with a particular focus on neurodiversity, intimacy, and interpersonal relationships.

She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and provides Workplace Strategy Coaching for neurodiverse adults facing challenges in professional settings.

Since establishing her private clinical practice in 2011, Dawn has developed a unique approach called Relationship Reset. This model reflects her specialist interest in supporting individuals and couples navigating the complexities of ADHD within their intimate relationships. She has a deep understanding of how disconnection and distraction can affect bonding and emotional connection, and her work helps clients rebuild stronger, more fulfilling partnerships.

Dawn is passionate about helping people cultivate healthy, vibrant, and fun intimate relationships. Her approach empowers clients to understand their relationship needs, enhance communication, and implement strategies to interrupt unhelpful or destructive patterns—particularly those influenced by ADHD. Through her tailored interventions, Dawn supports individuals and couples in deepening emotional intimacy and fostering long-lasting connection.

Currently, Dawn is completing a Diploma in Clinical Sexology with the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (CICS), affiliated with the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT), where she also holds student membership. She is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Important: Please note that Dawn White works alongside our team and is independent of ADHD Clinics. Although we have every confidence in her abilities and skills however, once we refer you to her, we are not responsible for the care and service she provides.
