Cancellation Policy
We would always encourage you to you attend your appointment as arranged, but we understand that circumstances can change.

We would always try to accommodate your requests but due to working limitations we have some cancellation conditions as below:

Appointments can be cancelled or changed if you inform us before 48 hours of the appointment.

If there is less than 48 hours’ notice full fee will be charged.

Non attendances are fully charged.
