Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate you.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please email us at info@adhd-clinics.co.uk.
To ensure fairness and maintain clinic efficiency, the following conditions apply:

Changes or cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment. Subject to a £25 – £50 administration fee depending on the fee paid.

Changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice
The full appointment fee will be charged. -
Non-attendance (Did Not Attend)
The full appointment fee is payable.
