Dr Chaudhary is Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist. He is an expert in ADHD and has a special interest in Autism. He is an executive committee member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists RCPsych Neurodevelopmental Psychiatry Special Interest Group NDPSIG. Dr Jessica Eccles Dr Eccles is an award-winning researcher and a neurodevelopmental psychiatrist specialising in the links between brain and body, especially as they relate to flexible joints (hypermobility). Her University position is at Brighton and Sussex Medical School as Associate Professor (Reader) in Brain-Body Medicine and she works in the Sussex NHS Neurodevelopmental Service (ADHD, Autism and Tourette syndrome) where she and colleagues have set up the world’s first Neurodivergent Brain Body Clinic. She chairs the Royal College of Psychiatrist’s Neurodevelopmental Psychiatry Special Interest Group.

Prerequisite Knowledge: Participants should have a basic understanding of general psychiatry and psychiatric assessment principles. Prior clinical experience in ADHD is desirable but not essential.
Target Audience: This course is designed for Consultant Psychiatrists, Trainee Psychiatrists, GPs, Trainee GPs, Psychologists, Trainee Psychologists, Psychiatric nurses, Physician Associates and other mental health professionals working with diverse patient populations, including females, LGBTQ+, incarcerated individuals, elderly, ethnic minorities, and those with co-occurring psychiatric conditions.
