ADHD Clinics Ltd is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or supply chain. In accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, we have taken steps to identify and address any potential slavery or human trafficking risks in our operations and supply chain.
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of modern slavery and human trafficking and we expect all of our employees, contractors, buyers and suppliers to comply with this policy. Any employee, contractor, or supplier found to be in violation of this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of their relationship with our company.
We conduct regular audits of our supply chain to ensure that our suppliers and contractors comply with our standards for preventing modern slavery and human trafficking. The audits include on-site inspections, interviews with employees, and reviews of company records and policies.
In addition to the audits, we have implemented effective due diligence processes to ensure that our buyers, suppliers and contractors comply with our standards. We require all of our buyers, suppliers and contractors to sign our code of conduct, which includes a commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking. We also expect our buyers, suppliers and contractors to hold their own suppliers to the same standards.
We provide regular training to our employees on the issue of modern slavery and human trafficking and how to identify and report potential issues. We also have a designated contact person for reporting potential issues, and we have a confidential reporting mechanism in place for employees, contractors, and suppliers to report any concerns.
We are committed to working with organizations and other stakeholders to combat modern slavery and human trafficking. We will continue to review and improve our policies and procedures to ensure that we are doing everything possible to prevent and detect modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain. We also actively participate in industry initiatives and multi-stakeholder groups dedicated to combatting modern slavery and human trafficking.
In accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, we will publish an annual slavery and human trafficking statement, detailing the actions we have taken to ensure that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or supply chain.
We encourage anyone who suspects or becomes aware of any form of modern slavery or human trafficking within our business or supply chain to report it to our designated contact person confidentially.
