Occupational Health Specialist with a Focus on Neurodiversity
Dr Singh, a graduate of Manchester University in 1995, has dedicated nearly two decades as a GP Partner in the West Midlands. With a special interest in Occupational Health, he has developed extensive expertise in managing neurodivergent conditions, including ADHD and Autism, in both general practice and workplace settings.
Throughout his career, Dr Singh has successfully supported hundreds of patients with ADHD and Autism. He also offers specialized occupational health case management services, ensuring that neurodivergent employees receive the necessary accommodations to thrive in their work environments.
Dr Singh understands the challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals in the workplace, often stemming from a lack of awareness and support from employers. Employees with conditions such as Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia may struggle to adapt to conventional workplace expectations, leading to issues like increased absenteeism, presenteeism, and high turnover rates. However, with the right accommodations, these employees can become invaluable assets to any organization.
Dr Singh provides expert advice to both employees and employers on practical strategies to create inclusive workplaces that support the unique needs of individuals with ADHD and Autism.
Dr Singh is registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and holds an active license to practice (GMC No: 4220657). He is also a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. In addition to English, he is fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
