I am a neuro-diverse professional and have over 2 decades of clinical practice as a therapist. I specialise in Neurodiversity, intimacy and relationships.
I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and provide Workplace Strategy Coaching for adults that are neuro-diverse and are experiencing challenges within the workplace.
Since 2011 I established a private clinical practice and developed the Relationship Reset approach, which resulted in developing a specialist interest in helping Individuals and Couples that are experiencing the ADHD effect in their intimate relationships where disconnection and distraction are problematic in forming a strong bond together.
I am passionate in supporting people to make and create healthy intimate relationships, know what their relationship requirements are, and have sexy vibrant relationships which are fun and healthy along the way….relationships can be a truly satisfying, as well as painful and frustrating…
People approach me for solutions, and strategies to interrupt negative and destructive patterns, and the impact of ADHD on their relationships and marriages. I help individuals and couples to find new ways of communicating, and develop practical ways of enhancing intimacy, and increasing couple bonding and connection.
I am currently completing a Diploma in Clinical Sexology with CICS – Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology which is affiliated to COSRT – the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists. I currently hold Student Membership with COSRT.
Additionally I am a Registered member of the BACP – The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
