Follow ups

Follow up is for review of documents, investigations results, starting medication/titration/review and yearly Shared Care reviews.
It may be via video calls or phone follow up.
Includes: 1 prescription charges, if indicated and agreed. The prescription will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery / Signed For First Class.
