AuDHD Summit

Understanding Neurodivergence Beyond Labels

The AuDHD Summit brings together clinicians, coaches, and lived-experience professionals to explore the real-world complexities of ADHD, Autism, and their overlap.

This is not a surface-level event.

It is a practical, reflective, and evidence-informed space for people working with neurodivergent individuals and for those who are neurodivergent themselves.

Why the AuDHD Summit?

ADHD and Autism are increasingly recognised, yet many individuals continue to fall through gaps in understanding, assessment, and support.

AuDHD — the co-occurrence of ADHD and Autism presents unique challenges:

Masking and late diagnosis

Emotional overwhelm and burnout

Misdiagnosis or partial recognition

Fragmented care across systems

The Summit exists to move the conversation beyond checklists, towards integrated understanding and practical support.

Who Is the AuDHD Summit For?

The AuDHD Summit is open to:

Anyone with ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD

Parents, families, and carers

Young people and students

Educators and employers

Therapists, coaches, and clinicians

Anyone seeking clarity, not confusion

No prior knowledge is required. Sessions are designed to be accessible, respectful, and useful.

What You Will Learn

You will gain:

A clear explanation of ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD

How traits can show up differently across ages and genders

Why masking, burnout, and emotional overload are so common

How assessment and diagnosis work (and where systems fall short)

Practical ways to support yourself or others more effectively

Professionals will also gain insights that strengthen real-world practice.

Why This Summit Matters

Many people live for years without understanding why life feels harder, more exhausting, or more overwhelming than it seems for others.

ADHD and Autism can look very different from stereotypes — especially in:

Adults

Women and girls

High-functioning or masking individuals

People with overlapping traits

When ADHD and Autism occur together (AuDHD), challenges are often misunderstood or missed entirely.

This Summit exists to help people make sense of those experiences — with accuracy, compassion, and honesty.

Summit Format

Live online talks and discussions

Plain-language explanations, not medical jargon

Interactive Q&A sessions

Lived-experience perspectives alongside professional insight

Recordings available after the event (where applicable)

Designed to be informative without being overwhelming.
