I found out about ADHD clinics from an introductory call with an ADHD coach. I got in touch after my GP told me I could be waiting years for an NHS assessment. The cost was very reasonable compared to others out there and I managed to get an appointment very quickly. I had my assessment which confirmed a diagnosis. We discussed possible treatment options and a follow up appointment was arranged for me to take time to consider the options. At the follow up session, we discussed the options further and moved into the titration process. It took a few months for me on titration with regular appointments to get to where I wanted/needed to be. It didn’t feel rushed neither did it feel drawn out. I was initially concerned that the clinic only deals with things via email but actually it worked very well. Nikki in the office was very quick to respond to any email I sent.
